This is our Level I class is an in-person class for 18+ that gives an in-depth of our four pillars of safety and security and includes holds and escapes, two person attacks/escapes, and a "gauntlet".
This is a follow on 1:1 Question and Answer period with the instructor after ANY of our BMG SAFE courses. Any student under the age of 18 must attend with an adult. This must be within 10 days of the course taken.
