I recently took the three-hour adult self-defense class taught by Jack and his daughter, Taylor. I was so impressed with how the class was structured to teach both mindset and real-world self-defense strategies that anyone can use.

Jack's course is innovative and fun. Both he and his daughter are wonderful teachers who know how to tailor the program to each participant's unique needs and learning style.

I felt empowered and more confident when I left his class. I also really bonded with the other participants and had a great time learning important life skills. Thank you!

Jacks stories are funny and age appropriate so it really helps the information stick.

My child took this class over three years ago and still remembers what to do if she get separated from us and even what to do if someone grabs her backpack (with her in it!)
